This headquarters revitalization includes upgraded finishes to reinforce the brand and to create a bright, open, and collaborative environment, while maintaining the current overall space. The phased tenant improvements within the occupied space on floors 9-10 include new open office workspace, conference rooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, dishroom, restrooms, and cafe/lounge/communal area ('Perch') on the 10th floor, including coffee bar, café-style seating, built-in booths, lounge seating, and space to hold internal and host external events with audio/visual capabilities.
