This design-build MEP projects consists of a 23,000sf buildout of an existing cold/dark shell building at Roku’s brand new world headquarters. The new Event Center includes a 240-seat auditorium, 14-person screening room, executive boardroom area, open pre-function space, and a modified stairwell between floors one and two.
