Located at the foot of the Potrero Hill and Dogpatch neighborhoods, San Francisco’s Central Waterfront area is home to Pier 70––a 69-acre site historically inaccessible to the public and a unique combination of industrial uses and impressive historic buildings that recalls past shipbuilding, steel manufacturing, and maritime activities. Parcel A includes the construction and development of a six-story concrete life science building designed for top-tier life science tenants, with the flexibility to accommodate traditional office occupants as needed. This LEED Gold and WELL certified building is a vital part of an existing broader campus of buildings, which includes significant residential, retail, arts, and PDR uses. The project scope includes a lobby, loading docks, other service spaces, and elements of laboratories–particularly vibration-sensitive spaces.
