This project included interior and exterior (core and shell) improvements to a seven-story building for Kilroy Realty Services. Additionally, the project included a full lobby renovation, a roof deck and elevator modernization. All construction took place within an occupied building, therefore Truebeck Construction took great care with safety, phasing, and coordination of the multiple tenants.
