Home to Twitter’s headquarters, this 10-story corporate office building renovation provided a modern update to a 1970’s warehouse building. Located in a tight, urban downtown location, this project required coordinated phasing and logistics. This iconic structure is connected to the adjacent, historic 1355 Market building through an outdoor common area. 1TENth is certified LEED Gold and was awarded the 2015 ENR Best Project in the Renovation/Restoration category.
