This 11-story renovation transformed a historic building into a thriving urban mixed-use campus for international tech client, Twitter. The complex project included seismic and structural upgrades, new MEP systems and a 20,000sf roof deck. One of the project's major successes was speed-to-occupancy through diligent preconstruction, phasing and sequencing, as well as coordination with the inspection and permit departments. 1355 Market is LEED Gold certified.
