This project was a high-tech office tenant improvement with collaborative breakout spaces and meeting and conference rooms. Event spaces with tiered stage area and screens were built with a lounge and playroom with arcade games, swings, and table tennis. Project included a kitchen and employee breakroom. MEP upgrades to an occupied building, in active downtown core.
