Woven, a subsidiary of Toyota, innovates and invests in new technologies, software, and business models that transform how we live, work, and move. This project consisted of tenant improvements to an existing one-story building used as a vehicle repair and maintenance facility with engineering labs, inventory room, and a shipping/receiving room. The scope of work included an existing auto garage that was upgraded to include new exhaust hose reels and CDA piping for service to Woven’s autonomous vehicle fleet. The project included upgrades to the existing open office, server room, and machine workshop, refinishing an existing 930sf mezzanine space for open offices, and lobby conversion to a shipping/receiving room. Additionally, existing phone rooms were converted into wellness and electrical rooms, while the existing storage room was repurposed to an optics lab.
