This confidential biotech client offers an array of wellness services designed to assist employees achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being. A goal of their Wellbeing program initiative was to consolidate all programs into a single, dedicated location and to increase the capacity and capability of these programs.

At 60,000sf, the consolidated campus Wellbeing Center identifies five major components under one roof: expanded 19,500sf Fitness Center, dedicated 7,800sf Health Services, plus a lobby and support spaces. The program also called for adjacent outdoor amenities, consisting of recreational sports spaces. The new LEED Platinum, WELL Certified facility creates an aspirational statement with aesthetic elements worthy of a forward-thinking company making best use of the premium center-of-campus location. This project won a 2022 ENR Best Project Award for its design, delivery, and project success.
