This project includes the renovation of 132,000sf for a new research facility. The facility includes office and laboratory space, as well as associated infrastructure and support space. The project accommodates the relocation and consolidation of the Confidential Client's Biologics Discovery divisions operations from Sunnyvale and Milpitas.
