Two-year contract for Sutter’s Expedited Project Delivery (EPD) program for delivery of all Northern California clinical projects, consisting of clinical space kit-of-parts strategy, planning services, pricing, and 3D models for interior items including above-ceiling and in-wall components, equipment, furniture, finishes and artwork.

Truebeck developed a cost model software that allows highly accurate pricing from conceptual design, which Sutter integrated into their program as a standard tool.

The Sutter Health California Pacific Medical Center Van Ness Campus (pictured) entered into the EPD program.
