Truebeck Completes 200 Twin Life Science Development
Truebeck Construction is pleased to announce the completion of a $135 million, 200,000sf office and life science development for the Trammell Crow Company in Redwood City. Strategically located near Highways 101 and 92, Caltrain, and the San Francisco International Airport, the building offers five stories of premier lab and office space surrounded by vibrant green space, waterways, and nature trails.
This impressive project was completed in March 2025. The building includes state-of-the-art facilities designed as warm-shell spaces for life science tenants. The building features an advanced HVAC system and tall ceilings to accommodate lab equipment and fume hoods. The lab spaces are customizable to allow researchers to tailor their work environment to specific needs. The facility also includes a large loading dock with enclosed truck loading bays.

Bio-retention planters naturally filter stormwater runoff, preventing toxins from entering the system and helping with flood control. “The 200 Twin project exemplifies Truebeck Construction’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and delivering high-performance buildings that support groundbreaking life science research.” said Brynda Olson, Truebeck Project Executive.
