Truebeck is conducting a voluntary seismic retrofit of the iconic Tribune Tower located in Oakland. The tower was erected in 1906 and stands over 305 feet tall. The occupied 22-story office building has 90,000sf of tenant space, and is registered with the National Register of Historic Places. Truebeck has been retained to provide seismic upgrades within the Breuner Building and the Tower.
