Improvements to the Lorber Building’s existing four-story structure include interior renovations to the third and fourth floors of the skilled nursing facility. This OSHPD-I regulated project remained occupied and fully-functional throughout the 11-month project. This logistical challenge requires day-to-day coordination with the owner to avoid disruption to the residents. The project features extremely high-end finishes for an OSHPD project such as patchwork carpet in the hallways and main corridors all casework is veneer and mosaic tiles are featured throughout the facility.
