This 85,000sf build-out of an existing multi-story building and includes the combination of lab space, vivarium, offices, amenity space and building support. The principal project program comprises of 41,500sf dedicated to lab, lab support, and vivarium space; 19,600sf of office and amenity space; and 1,000sf making up building support space. The first floor is allocated to the vivarium space along with additional lab, office, and building support space. The remaining floors will house both lab and lab support spaces, as well as office, office support, and amenity space.
