Truebeck Expands Pacific Northwest Presence with Opening of New Seattle Office
Truebeck is pleased to announce a major milestone in its continued expansion with the opening of a new office in Seattle, Washington. Building on its Pacific Northwest foundation, this expansion strengthens Truebeck’s long-term commitment to delivering exceptional projects across the West Coast.
Truebeck is proud to welcome two construction industry veterans, Jeff Nielsen and Joel Rohrs, who will co-lead the Seattle office.
Rohrs, a Seattle-native, brings over three decades of construction and leadership experience, serving most recently as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President for notable Pacific Northwest Contractors. Joel excels in construction project team building, client development and relationships and operations management. At his core, he is a culture-driven leader who deeply values teamwork and a collaborative approach.
Nielsen and Rohrs join Betsy Bice and George Ehara, co-leaders for Portland, in guiding Truebeck’s Pacific Northwest strategy. Together, this leadership team will oversee growth across both the Portland and Seattle offices, enhancing Truebeck’s ability to serve the broader region with excellence and innovation.
“This is an exciting moment for Truebeck,” said Truesdale, Truebeck co-founder. “Our expanded presence in the Pacific Northwest, combined with the strength of Jeff and Joel’s leadership, positions us for continued success and deeper partnerships throughout the region. I’m also really looking forward to working with Jeff again.”
“Many of our California clients are doing great work up in Washington. Having a Seattle office helps us be the kind of partner who’s present, involved, and ready to deliver,” said Becker, Truebeck co-founder. “Jeff and Joel bring local leadership, deep experience, and strong regional relationships that position them to lead and serve effectively.”
Truebeck has five offices in California, Oregon, and Washington.
