Kathy exemplifies Truebeck’s core values through her unwavering dedication, inspiring leadership, and deep passion for the construction industry. With over 30 years of experience, she has been a driving force behind our success. As a key member of Truebeck’s Executive Management Committee, Kathy oversees all aspects of financial operations—including financial and project accounting, administration, banking, insurance, risk management, and human resources.

Under her financial leadership, Truebeck has grown from a $100M to a $1B firm, and our team has expanded from 100 to over 550 members. Her strategic vision and commitment have been instrumental in shaping both the financial and cultural direction of our company.

Beyond the office, Kathy is a dedicated community leader. She heads the Truebeck Foundation—our 501(c)(3) nonprofit—and Team for Tomorrow, our employee volunteer group. Since its launch in 2023, the Foundation has raised over $250,000 to support education for disadvantaged youth. Kathy also mentors emerging leaders through Truebeck’s Women’s Mentorship Program, helping to cultivate the next generation of women in construction.
