Truebeck Construction Announces Leadership Transitions, Ushering in a New Chapter of Growth

Truebeck Construction announces strategic leadership transitions that mark an exciting new chapter in the firm’s continued growth and evolution.

Truebeck is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Pera to President of Truebeck. Nick has been with the firm since 2011 and has demonstrated exceptional leadership, and a deep commitment to Truebeck’s people and clients. His promotion reflects both his significant contributions to the firm’s success and the company’s confidence in his ability to guide Truebeck into its next phase of opportunity and innovation.

In conjunction with Nick’s transition, Truebeck is also pleased to welcome Stephen Green as Chief Operating Officer. Stephen returns to Truebeck following his most recent role as General Manager at Suffolk Construction in Los Angeles. Having previously served with Truebeck, Stephen brings both institutional knowledge and expanded leadership experience gained during his time away. As COO, Stephen will focus on operational excellence, team development, and organizational scalability.
