A topping out ceremony was held for Truebeck’s tallest building, Uber Headquarters in Mission Bay. The event was held on April 19th, with 300 people from the project team gathering for the special milestone and a great BBQ. The Uber Mission Bay project consists of two ground-up buildings, one 12 stories and the other seven stories, totaling 450,000sf.
On a warm, clear blue sky day, all site workers, project team members, the design team and Uber came together to celebrate – what a sight it was!
Amongst cheers and phones capturing live video, the Truebeck beam was hoisted and positioned into place on top of the 12th story. This major milestone was a marker of how we truly “Raise the bar.”
