This coworking office tenant improvement was within active downtown mall in the heart of San Francisco. It included the innovative space, which connects retail startups with a working space, and storefront “lab” for pop-up shops. For the users of the space, there is an open office plan with private conference rooms and break-out spaces, as well as a kitchen and dining area. Member amenities were created, such as a climbing wall and bocce ball court.

This very sucessful project had a fast-track schedule and tight budget lead to collaboration and innovation with the design team—and greater savings to the client. It also won the 2015 ENR Best Project Award of Merit winner for Interior/Tenant Improvement.
