This ground-up, five-story warm core and shell building included a tenant improvement build-out for Onyx Pharmaceuticals. In addition to office space this building, which was completed using a design-build delivery method, features an open central stair, a full-service kitchen, and cafeteria. The project is certified LEED Platinum.
