This expansive progressive design-build project transforms two existing commercial properties, spanning nearly 110,000 square feet combined, into state-of-the-art medical office buildings (MOBs).

Designed to reflect One Community Health’s mission of expanding healthcare access to underserved populations, these primary care clinics prioritize patient-focused spaces that feel modern, calming, and welcoming. Executing this vision required navigating complex California healthcare regulations, including rigorous OSHPD 3 compliance and comprehensive Title 24 energy and structural updates.

The resulting facilities are fully modernized from the inside out, featuring extensive MEP and life safety upgrades alongside specialized medical divisions to support holistic community health.
