The office includes proper protein/bacterial storage, buffer prep space, microscope spaces with blackout curtains, quality spaces, as well as office and conference and a beautiful lobby. All MEP systems were design-build. This tenant improvement started as a spec lab designed by DGA. When Nautilus decided to occupy the space, Truebeck collaborated with DGA to quickly accommodate their needs to customize certain spaces as the sole tenant.
