Truebeck provided full preconstruction and construction services for this lab and office tenant improvement for Intrexon. The relocation and expansion was completed on the 4th floor of a steel-framed, multi-story building and includes labs, research space, fumehoods, lab support areas, offices, lobby, and conference room.
