This major tenant improvement (TI) project facilitates the relocation of specialized chamber and rack labs from Sunnyvale to a newly designated, cutting-edge workspace for Google’s Android user group.

The comprehensive commercial renovation encompasses the complete demolition of existing interiors to create a custom, build-to-suit facility. The project features 12,000 square feet of dedicated, high-tech lab space, alongside an additional 2,000 square feet of white-boxed area strategically reserved for future expansion.

The remaining footprint is optimized for collaboration, featuring modern office areas and conference rooms. To support this highly technical build, our team executed substantial sitework, utility upgrades, and critical structural improvements, ensuring full compliance with current seismic, energy, FEMA, and ADA accessibility standards.
