This historic three-story 55000sf brick-and-timber building in the SoMa district of San Francisco was constructed in 1905 and is undergoing a substantial core and shell renovation. The project also includes an interior renovation for the prominent tech tenant GitHub.

 

The project includes open office workspace conference rooms support spaces and bike storage and showers. Specialty features include a new roof deck penthouse with views of downtown San Francisco preserved railroad tracks through the open office space a replicated White House Oval Office for the new lobby speakeasy office and espresso bar.

 

The new office space is comprised of large floor plans with original timber and brick and exposed high ceilings.
