Our client currently offers an array of wellness services designed to assist employees achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being. A goal of their Well-Being program initiative is to consolidate all programs into a single, dedicated location and to increase the capacity and capability of these programs.

 

At 60,000sf, the consolidated campus Well-Being Center, which will consist of two of three stories, identifies five major components under one roof: expanded 19,500sf Fitness Center, dedicated 7,800sf Health Services,19,500sf Community Center, 2,600sf Grab & Go/Juice Bar, and 5,200sf Gilead Museum, plus lobby and support spaces. The program also calls for adjacent outdoor amenities, consisting of basketball and volleyball courts and boot camp and yoga areas. The new facility creates an aspirational statement with aesthetic elements worthy of a forward-thinking company making best use of the premium center-of-campus location.
