This project is a fit-out of three floors of a four-story, cold dark-shell structure for laboratory functions. This facility includes cold rooms, biology labs, and wet labs. In addition to the tenant improvements, Truebeck is adding elevators, a first-floor slab, toilet rooms, and all MEP equipment. The project scope also includes adding café and tech talk spaces, an enlarged entrance, meeting rooms, private offices, and workstations.
