This lab and office tenant improvement was delivered as a turn-key contract for the client. The facility is located on the 499 Illinois Campus, another project Truebeck also worked on. A steel building with concrete docks, the project was delivered as design-build MEP, on a fast-track schedule and was completed concurrently with other life science build-outs in the 499 building.
