This multi-phase educational construction project kicks off a massive campus modernization, ultimately delivering a sustainable, state-of-the-art environment for students and faculty.
Phase One focuses on complex subterranean infrastructure, featuring the construction of a 25,655-square-foot underground parking garage with 52 spaces and a dual-lane access ramp. Above ground, site improvements include advanced stormwater capture and treatment systems, as well as a fully replaced surface-level softball field.
To ensure seamless educational operations before the main build begins, Phase Two delivers “Casti Village,” a comprehensive interim campus. This logistical phase includes the installation of premium WilScot temporary classrooms, interconnecting walkways, and the strategic relocation of student dining services.
