Alexandria Center for Life Science, Building 5.
The 300,000sf Building 5 is one of seven structures that comprises the Alexandria Center for Life Science campus in San Carlos. This ground-up, core and shell project includes an amenities package on the first floor and an atrium space with a feature staircase that cuts through the building. Built to be “lab ready,” the building can accommodate biotech tenants than can easily modify the interiors for lab space tho meet their needs. Other features include a glass entrance, sliding doors, a cantilevered structure, and PG&E site upgrades. Truebeck is also responsible for nearby sitework, including work on the “community green” area of the campus.
