This new office build-out for a confidential client is located within the occupied American Industrial Center (AIC), host to a vast variety of businesses right in the heart of the historic Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. The project consists of an overall refresh of the existing space and includes erecting a mezzanine with two stairs, ADA lift, partition walls, millwork, doors, ceilings, power, lighting for open offices and conference rooms, and new restrooms.
