This project involves the buildout of 1½ floors at Mission Rock’s Parcel-B for the Golden State Warriors’ first consolidated corporate office, relocating departments from the Chase Center and satellite locations into a unified space. The new interior features office spaces, a feature bleacher stair, a training room with a SkyFold door, a trophy case, and Golden State-themed branding elements.

The project includes decommissioning the Warriors’ existing ground-floor space at 1090 Dr. Maya Angelou Lane in San Francisco. The scope covers demolition of selected areas, including the Warriors Experience Center, followed by a tenant improvement buildout with new offices, conference rooms, break areas, and a two-floor interconnecting staircase with a stepped aisle.
