The Health System Campus project encompasses a full city block and includes 200,000sf of sitework and 289,000sf of construction comprised of multiple buildings, including the "1954 Building" (Administration Building), Nursing Wing, Diagnostic and Treatment Center, Clinics, Central Plant, North Addition, and Health Services Building.

The project scope will consist of:

Renovating the ground floor of the Nursing Wing and the Central Plant to house OSHPD essential services from the existing Health Administration Building

Demolish the Health Administration Building and the Health Services Building

Construction of a new 70,000 SF non-OSHPD administration building
